The girl sat at her desk thinking as she looked down at her project. The project was already done. But she sat and she thought. A swarm of thoughts buzzed in her head. But their leader was one question: When did she get here? Then another went and another and another, some overlapped. And it hurt. But she continued to sit there, letting the thoughts grow worse. How long has sge been sitting there? How long has it been since she started this class? How long has it been since she started going to this school? Why can't she remember everything clearly? Her memories were foggy and blurred. She couldn't understand what was happening. Was it her fault she couldn't remember? Had she hit her head? She looked up at the ceiling as she asked herself these questions. As they circled through her head she looked at her phone on the table. It buzzed as she got a message from her friend and she picked it up looking at the message. And then she smiled for what she actually knew had been awhile.
