Running down the stairs, she felt a small push behind her, with trembling hands, she rapidly grabbed the handrail willing her body to stop. Turning around she met the smiling eyes of her brother, her breath seized as she felt the air about become malicious. The neurons in her brain were working twice as fast as she weighed her options at the moment. Her brother turned his head as he looked at her and said “What's wrong, I didn’t do anything. Why are you acting like i made you fall it was just a tiny push” Taking in the fact that she hadn't said anything, she began her deduction as fast as she could because her brother wasn't someone patient. { he had this smile on his face that said his actions were premeditated,l his eyes told her that he was upset with the outcome and the fact that she saved herself. His body posture showed that he had not a care in the world but also alert in the event that she was going to retaliate, his clenched fist made her aware that his previous actions were intended to be malicious, the way he….} Her brother pushed past her going into the kitchen, feeling uneasy she retreated back to her room as she mulled over the state of her relationship with her brother They had been so close to the point where she adored her brother and obeyed him like a god.he had indoctrinated her since young on his opinion of the religious life. Growing up in a deeply religious family, he hated the rules binding him and he made sure she fought with him against it. It was a shock to him for her to turn around to join the life they had been espousing since she could form words. He never explicitly disagreed with her when she disclosed her call back to the faith, he merely stared at her with brooding eyes. Locking the door and making sure to double check she attempted not to cry as she contemplated the dynamic of her family, her mother was the most faith filled and strongly supported her faith, her brother was strongly against the faith, her older sister had taken the chance to join a convent when given and walked away from the horrible state of the family, her father…well he was a tough case, no one knew where he stood. He was never at home or spent most of his time on business trips and she suspected it was because of the atmosphere in the house or the silent war that was going on between her brother and the family.. The house had an awkward atmosphere with everyone having their own beliefs and unwilling to give in to the other beliefs but also no one wanted to cross the invisible line that seemed to hold them at bay. Tussling in the sheets, the little girl couldn't hold it in anymore, and she cried, a silent one for fear that her mother might hear her. She said a quick prayer and succumbed to sleep.it was a worry for another day.
