In Devipur, there was a man named Chotu who hated voting because he believed his single vote wouldn't impact the future of his village. 

Despite obtaining his voter ID, he skipped four elections. Despite numerous attempts to offer gifts to voters, Chotu always declined them.

One day, an election was held to select the panchayat head of his village, and Chotu decided once again not to participate. On his way home, he overheard a suspicious conversation between one of the candidates and his companion.

"I hope you distributed all the gifts to the people," the candidate said with an evil smile.

"Yes boss, you can rest assured. You'll win this election and be able to exploit the village," his companion replied.

Hearing this, Chotu felt deeply hurt and decided to cast his vote for a deserving candidate. When the election results were announced, Chotu was anxious to learn who had won. 

Upon discovering that the candidate he voted for had won by just one vote, Chotu finally understood the significance of each vote in shaping the future of a nation.

Following this incident, Chotu never missed an opportunity to vote again.
