the horrors of a Halloween party

i wrote this because my love for horror and i always have spooky ideas brewing in my head

On a October night Aiden and Mikey, to lovers were getting ready for the annual Halloween party at their friend Max's house. The excitement was in the air as they flashed their costumes - Aiden as a dapper vampire and Mikey as a mysterious ghost. The couple arrived at Max's booming mansion, where their friends and a few others were already gathered, all dressed in elaborate costumes. As the night progressed, laughter and music filled the grand halls of the mansion as the friends enjoyed the festive atmosphere. However, the mood shifted when a sudden darkness plunged the house. Aiden and Mikey clung to each other in the blackness, feeling a sense of unease creeping over them. Max, the host, suggested they split up to investigate the cause of the power outage. Aiden and Mikey stuck together, their hearts pounding in the darkness as they made their way through the house. Suddenly, a blood-curdling scream echoed through the halls, sending shivers down their spines. Rushing towards the source of the scream, they found Mille standing over the lifeless body of one of their friends. Panic and fear gripped the group as they realized they were trapped in the mansion with a murderer among them. With the power out, their phones useless, and no way to contact the outside world, they knew they were on their own. As they huddled together, trying to make sense of the situation, suspicion and paranoia seeped into their midst. Each of them eyeing the other warily, wondering who among them could be capable of such a heinous act. Aiden and Mikey clung to each, and Mikey broke the silence, “guys calm down…. We have to figure something out to call the police “ and max scoffed at that “yeah but how don’t know if it's not you who did it !” and Aiden piped in “I wasn’t I was with him the whole time!” and that’s when a silence takes over With tensions running high and trust in short supply, as they split again Aiden and Mikey chatted among each other “you don’t think I could ever do that …” Mikey spoke and Aiden shook his head, “no never. “The night drags on restlessness seeps in tired people just sprawled out the fear keeping them awake until…. An ear-piercing scream can be heard, and everyone dashed to the scene and there was max it was already too late and the only person who was with him…” it was Mille!” A guy  blurts out. “No way! I went to the bathroom and came back to him like this!” Mille defended and no one listened they all made her stay locked in a room on her own to keep her from hurting anyone else and about 2 hours past and another person was taken out no one knew who it was everyone was split up no one really knew where everyone it was just darkness and all that was heard were the breathing of people who were alive there was Mille and Aiden And Mikey still they were all mourning there friends Max’s death together despite the previous blaming of Mille and there were about 7 other people there “we need to leave somehow but whoever this psycho locked us in” Mikey groaned and Aiden kissed his cheek “calm down babe we will survive this I know it we can go out of here” and Mille chimed in “yeah Mike….we got this“ and with that they all left the room they were and started to collect things to use as weapons and that’s when the light came on they were shocked because everyone looked all over for a Fuse box or anything that’s when they saw everyone was takien out but them and they gasped only to have everything go to black ………

Aiden was the first to wake he groaned eyes blinking open as he felt his head throbbing the was tied to a chair and so was his boyfriend Mikey and best friend Mille and his eyes snapped towards a voice “hey there Aiden “the mystery man grinned Aiden's vision became clear it was ….max!? The max everyone just saw dead It was confusing Aiden glanced seeing Mille and Mikey gain consciousness and realize what was going and Millie gasped in surprise “Max!? Why are you doing this“ and max scoffed “because you guys don’t give a shit about me ! I’m always last choice maybe not even an option I know I can't ever compare to yours all years of friendship it gets on my nerves! So if you want to ignore me you all will die for it !” and Aiden retorts “you dirtbag ! You killed 10 something people because you thought you were being left out your so pathetic !” and that angers Max as he lunges towards Aiden only to be knocked out cold with a punch by Mikey who managed to cut himself free with a knife he had gathered earlier, and he quickly tied him the chair he was previously in, and then he unties Aiden and Mille “now what...?” Mille questioned and Aiden chimed in “he turned back on the power there is Wi-Fi again we can al the police, and they can bus us out“ and with that they do so and once the police arrived they go through a ton of questioning before being able to go home pretty quickly and still a bit traumatized from it Mikey and Aiden dropped off Mille at home, and they went to their home and does their normal nightly things just trying to move past it as they laid in bed watching tv a news coverage catches their eyes and it read that Max got away in the police car he got out of his handcuffs and took out the police who were driving him and fled, and they stared with horror….what events will unfold….?
