Perfectly normal little boy
This is a story about a little boy his best friend and his favourite reindeer. Many years ago, a little boy received the most important gift. So important that it changed his life. It was a cold snowy Christmas Eve. The snow covered the whole street, it looked as if it was covered in a glittery blanket. On this street lived a perfectly normal little boy and his perfectly normal parents. They spent Christmas Eve doing perfectly normal things like, playing games. Their favourite was card games. Eating a big roast dinner with Yorkshire puddings, turkey, potatoes and vegetables. After dinner they would listen to Christmas songs. The big rule on Christmas Eve is don’t stay up late. This perfectly normal little boy always followed the rules. So after listening to Christmas songs, he got a shower with his favourite shampoo and shower gel, brushed his teeth for two minutes. Then put on his new Christmas pjs. This years were red with reindeers on them. Just before bed the perfectly normal little boy laid out yummy cookies and a cold glass of milk. While the perfectly normal little boy slept. A gift in a large red box dressed with a white ribbon was left under a big green, beautiful shiny tree with a sparkly snow flake on the top. The next day was Christmas day. The perfectly normal little boy woke up very excited and ran into his perfectly normal parent’s room and shouted WAKE UP! His perfectly normal parents said ok let’s make a coffee and then we’ll go into the living room together. When they got into the living room the perfectly normal family passed each other gifts. Mum got her favourite perfume dad got a Liverpool hat and the perfectly normal little boy got a super hero figure. After that the perfectly normal parents chatted away drinking their coffee and the perfectly normal little boy played with his super hero figure. He then notices a large red box dressed in a white ribbon. It had his name on it, so he opened it and inside was a cute fluffy brown teddy bear. Christmas night while the perfectly normal little boy slept and cuddled his new teddy bear. The most magical thing happened. The bear spoke and told the perfectly normal little boy that he isn’t a perfectly normal little boy because when he grows up he will be the next, santa and from then on, the not so perfectly normal little boy and the teddy bear were best friends. They went everywhere together. Like going to play football they supported Liverpool fc. So years later in 2023 the little boy isn’t a little boy anymore he is now santa. Who travels around the world every Christmas eve with his best friend and his favourite reindeer Rudolph. I’m sure you’ve heard of the famous reindeer with the shiny nose like a light bulb.
