Mysterious Walmart Page #3
“Sit down please i'll be right with you” Rivanna says locking her door and going into in the kitchen to start some coffee she then goes to sit in front of the men sitting on the couch. The men walk over to the couch, the two security looking men sit on the ends of the couch and the ‘business man’ sits in the middle waiting very impatiently for Rivanna to come into the living room. “What is it you wanted to talk to me about?” Rivanna says nervously The man signed and said, “So Rivanna, there is something that you know that would be a great help to us.” Rivanna looked at the man for a second “How do you know my name, and what is it that I know?” Rivanna asked more seriously The man chuckled before continuing “everyone knows that you're the person to go to if they need a little help with magic.” Rivanna sighed that yes in the past she used her knowledge of witches magic to get her money she wasn't proud of it but not one of the witches knew that it was Rivanna that was giving the information away and she wished to keep it that way. “I don't know what you're talking about Sir.” Rivanna said getting up to get everyone some coffee. She goes to the kitchen, her heart beating so fast she swears the whole world could hear it. She pours the coffee in four mugs bringing them back to the living room. Placing them on the table sitting back down rubbing her hands on her jeans removing the sweat. “Respectfully Rivanna, we know that you're lying. We did some digging and found out all about your past.” The man said, taking a sip of his coffee. “Well that was my past sir, I don’t do things like that anymore.” She wasn’t exactly telling the truth because she was still doing things like this but something about this man just made her think she should hide it. She thought he was a part of the SPF (supernatural police force) ; she couldn’t give her cover away just like that. “We’ll Rivanna if you don’t tell us the truth or listen to what we have to say. I'm going to have to hand all this information we have to the SPF and I’m sure you don’t want that.” Rivanna a face just went into a state of shock. She couldn’t go to jail for what she did, her mother would never forgive her and her best friend would be so disappointed. Yes, after the first year of Kara and Rivanna knowing each other Kara figured out her big secret and she wasn’t mad or anything she actually found knowing witches cool. After a while Kara became family to these witches. “No sir that can’t happen! I’ll do anything you want, just name it!” Rivanna begged the ‘businessman’ who was sitting There smirking. “I thought you’d say that, here’s what’s going to happen.” The man started saying while Rivanna sat there still in shock of what was happening nodding along while the man was speaking. “ You're going to go get the most powerful witch you know and get them to come with you to put a spell on this building we’re making, and before you ask no you can’t know anything more. The building will be done in about two months. We will be back tomorrow at 6:30am and you better have your friend so no one knows what we’re building.” The man said getting up heading to the door. “Sir I don’t think you understand that no magic can do that. There will be loopholes some people may be able to see.” He just smiled at her and left and the last thing he said was “your friends are going to have to remove your memories about this after too can’t make any mistakes.” And with saying that he was gone. Rivanna had no idea what she was going to do. Would she risk having the SPF find out everything or will she help this ‘businessman’ with his project no one can know about. She sat for hours going through the pros and cons of everything. She finally came to a decision, she was going to help the man. To protect herself. No one would know her memory would be wiped, everything would be forgotten, she just needed to figure out what to say to this witch that was going to be helping her. It wasn’t like she could just up and tell the witch what happened. They’d never trust her again, they'd tell the SPF and she’d lose Kara. Rivanna couldn’t handle losing her best friend. Knock Knock Knock bang bang Rivanna smiled for the time being she wouldn’t have to think about this if her best friend was at the door. “DOORS OPEN KARA!” Rivanna yelled going to the kitchen to get the shower worms and Pepsi as Kara opened the door leaping in. “How’d you know it was me?” Kara smiled “We’ll dummy you're the only one who knocks three times and bangs on my door twice. It's pretty obvious to know when you're here,” Rivanna said walking to the living room. Kara stood there shocked “we’ll looks like I’ll have to find a new way to knock” she said walking over to the couch “Yea yeah what are we watching nerds?” Rivanna said sitting next to Kara. “Hmm I don't know, want to watch Monsters inc?” Kara said, taking the remote and logging into Netflix. Rivanna smiled while sipping her coffee, not paying any attention to what Kara was saying. The only thing on her mind was how she was going to pull this thing off with the witches. “Ri!!” Kara yelled at the top of her lungs trying to get her attention. “huh!? What? Why’d you yell at me” Rivanna says, spilling her coffee on the table. “Look what you made me do!” Rivasna says frustrated. All Kara can do is laugh at it. “It’s not my fault you weren’t listening to me” Kara explains turning the tv on. Rivanna rolled her eyes getting up to get paper towels to clean up her mess thinking about how much shit she was gonna be in. She came back and cleaned up the spilled coffee while Kara put on a movie. Rivanna rolled her eyes at the movie she picked as she sat beside Kara. “What? You don’t like my amazing movie choice?” Kara said sarcastically putting her hand in her head pretending to be hurt all Rivanna could do is laugh at her “I hardly call this an amazing movie choice when it’s the only movie we watch. At this point we could mute it and say it all ourselves.” Rivanna said laugh
