Rivanna woke up every day and did her usual morning routine of waking up, making her bed, getting dressed, going to the bathroom, and making coffee. 
Today there was no coffee because Kara had come over yesterday and drank it, usually she would have it ordered to her apartment, but today she wanted to go to Starbucks to get a drink.
 She didn’t like being alone with her thoughts it got exhausting, so she went out to clear her head about everything that has been going on in her lif
 So she put her combat boots on and her long hoodie and got her wallet and went on her way to Starbucks.
 She walked out of the apartment building and just took in the fresh Autumn air. She started walking . She didnt walk this route offline because she’s never had enough money to be one of those ‘Starbucks girlies’
Something was different this time, there was a Walmart now that looked like it was just built. Rivanna loved going to new stores that were just created in the area. Usually, she knows beforehand because she gets an email about all the buildings being built around her, but for some reason, she never got an email this time. She thought it was odd since they always put out an email. She didn't go into it just yet because she really wanted her Starbucks coffee, so she continued her walk to the shop.
She finally made it to the store and ordered her drink, and just sat at a table on her phone watching TikTok drinking her coffee. As soon as she finished her drink, she threw the disposable cup away and waved bye to the workers. She always waved bye when she left a store. She thought it was rude not to say bye to the people working. Rivanna wasn't like most people, she was extremely kind. She loved meeting people and getting to know them. She never judged them, she was always interested in what they had to say. Everyone loved her in the small town she lived in.
The town she lived in was called KarmaVill; it only had around 235 people who lived there. So everyone knew everyone. So when this new building was created without an email and it was built in a night everyone was talking about it. Rivanna went to Walmart after she left Starbucks. She wanted to see what it was gonna be like when she got inside. 
She got to the doors and these two security guards greeted her. They weren't mean but not nice either. 
“What are you doing here miss?” one guard said to her.
“Do you have an appointment?” the other one continued. 
“Excuse me? Since when do you need an appointment to go to Walmart?” Rivanna was shocked the guards looked confused when she said Walmart Rivanna looked at the sign and this time she read Amour pour Moi. she was confused, it just said Walmart. She thought she was going crazy. 
“Ma’am, are you feeling ok? You're looking kind of faint.” Rivanna didn't understand them. All she heard was gibberish. Her eyes were closing. “I…I'm ok, just a little dizzy.” she laughs a little walking away. 
“Miss?” The first Security officer said, “Are you sure you are ok?” 
“I'm o…ok,” Rivanna said as she felt lucky the security officers were there. They caught her and called an ambulance. When she woke up her best friend Kara was there sitting beside her on her phone laughing. Rivanna opened her eyes and turned her head to Kara.
“Wow I could b…be dying and y…you'd be laughing at TikTok.  I feel so loved” Rivanna said in a sarcastic tone.
“Ok, but in my defence, you're not dead” Kara smiled with her teeth. She only did that for Rivanna; she only ever let Rivanna see her teeth. Kara trusted Rivanna with everything in her.  
	Rivanna smiled back at Kara “well obviously but like if I was I could see it i'm in a casket and you're there playing among us on your phone paying no attention and then blurting something out that's just said at the wrong time.” 
	They both start laughing as the doctor came in “ Hi I'm Dr. Glass glad to see you're doing ok Rivanna”
	“Yea me too I don't exactly remember everything that happened though,” Rivanna said, kinda confused. 
	“Well, I didn't expect you to remember anything, you had quite a fall, someone else even had to bring you in here.” The doctor explained to her 
	Kara looked up from her phone “is she gonna be ok? Is she gonna need medication?”
	The doctor looked at Rivannas charts and looked at Kara “I don't think medication will be needed. It seems to  be seen as the medication that got her in this.”
	Rivanna and Kara looked at each other confused and then looked at the doctor “Uhm Dr. Glass what do you mean? I have never taken any medication in my life.”
	“Rivanna there were some Benzodiazepines in your system and it looks like you might have taken a little too much and were seeing hallucinations which is a side effect if you take a little too much.” Dr. Glass looks at Rivanna looking puzzled about how she didn't know that that could happen. 
	“Did you take some of Kara’s medication? Because you know that's not allowed and could cause harm to you right?” Dr. Glass looked worried 
	Kara stood in “My medication is like gold to me I wouldn't even drop it down the sink. She definitely hasn't taken any of my medication so how the actual F did she get Benzodiazepines in her system? That also has the effect of making her not remember what happened to her and end  up in the hospital in the first place.” 
	Dr.Glass looked at the charts again to see if there was a mistake “one-second ladies I will  be right back.” He walked out of the room to the nurses outside Rivannas Room. 
	Kara looked at Rivanna “ You promise you didn't take my Benzodiazepines right?” 
Rivanna looked offended that Kara could even think that she could do something like that. “I promise I'll never do that to you. I know that's a must for you to have.” 
Kara knew Rivanna could never do something like that because she was her best friend. They know literally everything about each other. They even know what they do each morning. Kara and Rivanna were puzzled though because if she didn't take the Benzodiazepines what happened? Was the new Building real? How come nobody knew about it? How come they couldn't see it as Rivanna could? What was going on? 
Rivanna spoke up “we have to figure out what's happening because there's no way I harm myself and take medication that was prescribed to me. I worry even if I take 2 advils because I think I'm going to die.” 
Kara looked back at Rivanna passing back and forth “ I know but how are WE going to figure this out if only you can see the building?”
They both started thinking and before they could say a word Dr.Glass came back into the room “Rivanna the tests were run twice and both came out the same. Are you sure you didn't take any of Kara's medication?” 
Kara then looked at Dr. Glass “wait hold on. I never met you before in my life. How do you know I take any medication?” 
The Doctor started stuttering and sweating “Oh..Wh..when you came..came rushing i..i..in to see your friend we looked at y..your file in case you k..knew something.”
