I'm a 77-year-old retiree from public service and self-employment. I had also been a platoon sergeant in a combat unit in Vietnam. There's not much I care to talk about in that regard. At any rate, I consider myself an amateur poet and philosopher. I view life as quite disturbing considering the state of the world compared to my childhood. Therefore, I take every opportunity to poke fun at it.
