This poem actually drew me into it, both aesthetically and as something to contend with. I enjoyed thinking about this poem and it was the one I felt myself returning to. This is why I voted for it. Good work. more »

This was a wholesome poem and I enjoyed reading it. I like that it was not filled with eroticism or hyper-romanticism, but the mature reminscing of a memory.

The selection of poems this month was very impressive. I look forward to seeing next month's submissions as well. A wide variety of styles and topics is always fun to read.
