	Felicity felt their cold fingers wrap around her throat, tightening with a force that stole her breath. The world faded into darkness, the last thing she heard was their choir of despair, a chilling reminder that she was never truly alone.
	The next morning, a nurse found Felicity’s body, lifeless on the floor. The ward erupted into chaos, but no one understood the true horror of what had happened. The whispers of the ghosts lingered in the air, unanswered cries for help that would echo forever in the halls of the psychiatric ward. 
	As the staff scrambled, the ghosts drifted away, their forms fading into the shadows. They had won. Felicity was free, but the darkness remained, waiting for the next fragile soul to claim.
